As E-commerce Manager, you will own our Shopify ecosystem end-to-end. You'll work closely with Performance Marketing, Retention Marketing, and Creative teams and manage external developers to turn traffic into revenue while maintaining an extremely high standard of execution across every touchpoint.

  • Own end-to-end site performance across all Shopify storefronts (US and UK), ensuring best-in-class UX, site speed, and conversion across both ripple⁺ and Droplet.
  • Define and execute e-commerce strategy by category, campaign, and traffic source — tailoring site experience, merchandising, and landing pages in close partnership with marketing.
  • Run regular full-site audits to identify and resolve UX friction, checkout issues, tracking gaps, and mobile vs.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of site builds and rebuilds, acting as internal lead across designers, developers, and stakeholders to ship on time, on brief, and with zero critical issues.
  • Own the implementation and ongoing management of e-commerce software, CRO tools, analytics, tracking, and personalisation solutions — all cleanly integrated into Shopify.
  • Build and maintain performance reporting across conversion rate, AOV, revenue by site and region, and funnel and page-level performance; translate data into clear actions and share regular updates with the marketing team and leadership.

3+ years in DTC e-commerce, with deep hands-on Shopify experience. Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.
