This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM & Digital Retention Manager. The position is located in Camden Town. The CRM & Digital Retention Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationship management (CRM) activities, developing digital retention strategies, analyzing customer data, implementing market segmentation, and overseeing related projects. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, enhancing customer communication, and ensuring successful execution of CRM programs.
