This is a hands-on role for a designer who loves building real things on the web, experimenting with UX, improving performance, and constantly levelling up how the brand lives online.

- Build clean, scalable systems in Figma to support fast iteration and testing.
- Design CRM emails and Klaviyo flows that feel premium, modern, and on brand, optimised for conversion.
- Collaborate with performance and content teams to turn insights into strong visual concepts.
- Work with AI tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, and workflow efficiency.
- Create high-performing assets for paid and organic social across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Brand and Creative Development:
- Design presentations, case studies, retail decks, and internal toolkits.
Physical and Print Design:
- Produce print-ready artwork including POS, FSDUs, retail graphics, and offline materials, maintaining brand quality and education across every touchpoint.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience as a digital-first designer in a fast-paced D2C brand, agency, or studio.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating premium brand work across digital experiences.
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Suite.
- Experience designing for social, email, digital ads, and landing pages.
- Strong knowledge and expertise of UX principles and how design influences conversion and behaviour.
- Interest in AI tools and a desire to stay ahead of new creative technology.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to take full ownership of projects.
- Strong motion editing skills and experience.
