Location: In-office, London | Reports to: Head of Performance & E-Commerce
Want to learn how a fast-growing online brand really works? This is a front-row seat. You'll work side by side with our Head of Performance & E-Commerce across paid ads, our Shopify websites, product launches and reporting, for two brands sold in the US, UK and EU.
WHO WE ARE
Our company is one of the UK's fastest-growing wellness companies, and we run two brands:
- ripple⁺: plant-powered, zero-nic inhalables, flavoured air and nootropic pouches. Our mission is simple: help people step away from old habits and build better rituals.
- Droplet: modern home fragrance, from incense and reed diffusers to scent burners, including collaborations with brands like Houseplant and PSG.
We're a small, ambitious team, which means your work goes live fast and you see the impact straight away.
THE ROLE
Most entry-level digital roles keep you in one lane. This one doesn't. As our E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Associate, we'll have you helping across everything we do online, from checking a new batch of Meta ads, to updating a product page, to getting a launch ready for the day it goes live.
You won't own a single channel. You'll be the person who helps keep all of them running and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. In return, you'll learn more in a year here than in most places in three.
WHAT YOU'LL HELP WITH
- Paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok): daily account checks, QA on new ads before they go live, and keeping our ad trackers tidy, working with our media buying agency and Creative Strategist
- Websites (Shopify, US, UK, EU): product and page updates, building simple pages with Figma and AI tools, and checking every site on mobile and desktop
- Launches: running the launch checklist so pages, ads, emails and SMS are all ready on the day
- Reporting: pulling the numbers for our weekly and monthly reports in Polar, Shopify and the ad platforms, and flagging anything unusual
- Creative: tracking ads from brief to live and keeping our asset library organised
- Projects and partners: keeping our Notion board up to date, taking notes in agency calls and following up on actions
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- How paid social and search really work, from inside live ad accounts with real budgets
- How to run, test and improve Shopify stores across three markets
- How a product launch comes together end to end
- How to read the numbers that drive a growing business, and turn them into decisions
- How to work with agencies, developers and creative teams
- How to use AI tools to work faster and smarter
As you grow, so does the role. We'd love this to be the start of a long-term career with us in performance marketing, e-commerce or digital.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves
- A real interest in digital business, e-commerce or marketing (a degree, internship or side project counts)
- A sharp eye for detail: you notice the broken link, the wrong price or the typo
- Organised and reliable: you follow things through to done
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers
Nice to have (we'll teach you the rest)
- Any hands-on time with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads
- Experience with Figma, Klaviyo, Polar or GA4
- Already using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
OUR VALUES:
- Extreme Ownership: take full responsibility for every outcome within your control.
- Pursuit of Quality: how you do anything is how you do everything.
- Purpose: be here because you want to be. We're a passionate, long-term team.
- Growth Mindset: keep learning, stay resilient, adapt fast.
If you're excited by this role but don't tick every box, we'd still love to hear from you.
