Roles: Primary Teachers - Part time Primary Teachers - Full time Primary Teacher - Adhoc work booked in advance Secondary Teacher - Part time Secondary Teacher - Full time Secondary Teacher - Adhoc work booked in advance The Role We are seeking dedicated, resilient and compassionate Teachers to support students within highly specialised settings across Northumberland.

Key Responsibilities Support the educational and emotional development of students in the classroom.

Build trusted relationships with young people while maintaining clear professional boundaries.

Plan and deliver structured lessons, tailored interventions and activities focused on personal development and vocational skills.

Provide 1:1 and group support, encouraging engagement, resilience and progress.

Assist with managing behaviour using specialist approaches.

Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times.

Person Specification Minimum Essential Requirements Right to work in the UKMinimum of 2 references Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)QTS / Teaching Experience Desirable Criteria Experience supporting young people with behavioural, emotional or social difficulties, ideally in a secure or SEN environment Training in de-escalation and trauma-informed practice (or willingness to undertake training).

Experience in residential, SEN or PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) settings.
