As an SEN Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping children with special educational needs reach their full potential. Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs
- Assist in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs)
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all pupils
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure children's needs are met effectively
- Encourage independence and development in pupils, both academically and socially
Essential Qualifications/Experience
