Person Specification

Experience / Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience working in a primary school

Skills and Competencies

  • Be an excellent practitioner with high expectations and aspirations for all children
  • Have excellent classroom management skills and be proficient in planning, assessment and target setting
  • Be an effective communicator, working in collaboration with colleagues and the wider community
  • Ability to work as part of a team
