The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 £ per year.

To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children. Support the school staff to facilitate the active participation of children in the academic and social activities of a school. Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils. To implement the daily routine. When directed, plan and implement age-appropriate activities, in conjunction with other staff. Assisting children in personal/intimate care. Regularly evaluate children's development and keep records as appropriate, as directed by the teacher. Liaise with parents/carers of children, only when directed by a school's class teacher. Uphold safeguarding requirements, including ensuring that children are supervised at all times. To ensure the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children at each stage of development.

Minimum Essential Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Minimum of 2 references.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • SEN qualification.
  • Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / Level 6 Qualification - Degree.
  • Experience working in a primary school.

Preferred Experience:

  • Working with children with SEN.
  • Strong background in Behaviour Management.
