We are looking for committed EYFS Practitioners/Educators in Hexham and surrounding areas to complement our team of educators. Are you passionate about Early Years Education? - Enhanced DBS clearance
- Hold a qualification that meets the approved ‘full and relevant’ criteria for Early Years qualifications and inclusion of staffing ratios.
- To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children.
- Support the school staff to facilitate the active participation of children in the academic and social activities of a school.
- Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils.
- To implement the daily routine.
- When directed, plan and implement age-appropriate activities, in conjunction with other staff.
- Assisting children in personal/intimate care.
- Regularly evaluate children’s development and keep records as appropriate, as directed by the teacher.
- Liaise with parents/carers of children, only when directed by a school’s class teacher.
- Uphold the Ripple Education ethos and all safeguarding requirements, including ensuring that children are supervised at all times.
- To ensure the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children at each stage of development.
