Ripple Education is seeking Teaching Assistants to join our team. As a supply educator, you will have the opportunity to work in various primary schools within Newcastle and Surrounding Areas, providing excellent educational support to primary schools and pupils in different settings.
At Ripple Education, we are an Education Supply Agency providing high-quality supply teachers and support staff to the schools we serve in the North East.
We are looking for committed Supply Teaching Assistants in Newcastle and surrounding areas to complement our team of educators.

Experience/Qualifications
- Minimum Level 2 Teaching assistant / Level 6 Qualification – Degree
- Experience of working in a primary school
Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children
- Support the school staff to facilitate the active participation of children in the academic and social activities of a school
- Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils.
- To implement the daily routine
- When directed, plan and implement age-appropriate activities, in conjunction with other staff
- Assisting children in personal/intimate care
- Regularly evaluate children’s development and keep records as appropriate, as directed by the teacher
- Liaise with parents/carers of children, only when directed by a school’s class teacher
- Uphold the Ripple Education ethos and all safeguarding requirements, including ensuring that children are supervised at all times.
- To ensure the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children at each stage of development
