Were partnering with a fantastic global organisation looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant to join their HR systems team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fully remote position, offering the chance to work within a truly international team on a mix of BAU support and project delivery.

The Opportunity

Youll be joining a busy new global HRIS function, supporting and enhancing a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors environment. The role requires someone whos confident working across modules, with a particular strength in LMS, and technically adept when it comes to system configuration and level 2 support.

This is a very hands-on role, and youll be involved in the detail; deep diving into troubleshooting, leading requirements gathering workshops, delivering configuration changes, resolving technical issues, and supporting exciting global projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technicalsupport across all SuccessFactors modules, while also acting as the internal SME onLMS.

• Own and implement configuration changes aligned to business requirements.

• Support global projects including module enhancements and new feature deployments.

• Collaborate closely with internal HR and IT stakeholders across multiple regions.

• Produce clear documentation and ensure smooth handovers within the global team.

What Were Looking For

• Proven SuccessFactors configuration experience across multiple modules.

• LMS expertise able to configure, troubleshoot, and advise on best practice.

• Strong technical mindset with hands-on system configuration experience.

• Background providing SuccessFactorsapplication support in a complex, global environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Comfortable working independently and remotely in a fast-moving global setup.

The Offer

• £65,000 £75,000 per annum (pro rata).
