We are seeking an HR & OD Resourcing Coordinator for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract or secondment starting Monday, 20 April 2026, with the potential to become permanent. In this role, you will coordinate recruitment activity from approval through to onboarding, working within a supportive and collaborative team. Experience in the NHS and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels across both clinical and corporate areas would be beneficial. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Deliver a professional and customer‑focused recruitment service, ensuring compliance with NHS Employers standards, NHS Employment Check Standards, and Agenda for Change terms and conditions.
  • Post approved vacancies on Jobtrain, job boards and LinkedIn within agreed timelines.
  • Support the scheduling of interviews and assessments as advertised.
  • Provide timely updates to recruiting managers at each stage of the process.
  • Produce accurate correspondence in line with departmental KPIs.
  • Maintain and securely manage paper and electronic records in accordance with retention and disposal standards.
  • Update trackers and support audit requirements.
  • Contribute to KPI and SLA reporting.

What You'll Bring

  • GCSEs (including Maths and English), NVQ Level 4, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting recruitment processes from approval to onboarding (including issuing offer letters and contracts, completing digital Right to Work checks, ID, DBS and reference checks).
  • Experience with NHS ESR is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience using recruitment, HR or payroll systems.
  • Strong customer service skills and good numeracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of NHS Agenda for Change terms and conditions.
  • Understanding of employment law relating to recruitment.
