Use your technical skills to support a growing professional turf division and work with industry leading machinery every day. This role gives you the chance to carry out hands on diagnostics, servicing and repairs across a wide range of commercial turf and horticultural equipment.
What you will do
You will join Ripon Groups expanding Professional Turf division, supporting customers across an extended service area. We are looking for both mobile and depot based Technicians who can deliver high quality workmanship and a reliable service.
- Diagnosing, servicing, repairing and maintaining horticultural and commercial turf machinery.
- Completing pre delivery set ups on new and used equipment.
- Recording job details, timesheets and paperwork accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation.
- Following all safety regulations and company procedures.
- Taking part in training programmes to build technical knowledge.
- Acting professionally and promoting Ripon Ground Care with positivity and integrity.
Knowledge of agricultural equipment is preferred, but full product and systems training will be provided. A full, valid driving licence is required for visiting customer sites and driving company vehicles.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. Flexibility is required for seasonal overtime, including evenings and weekends.
