We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Claro Lounge. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift and 50% off food & drinks. This a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender and more. Experience isn't essential - if you're kind and love hospitality, we'll teach you the rest!
Lounges are pretty special places, and what makes them so special are the brilliant people who run them - and you'll be one of them. As a Front of House Team Member, you're a natural when it comes to making people feel welcome and comfortable.
You can read each customer. If there's someone with their head in their laptop just wanting a quiet coffee, or a group birthday celebration here for cocktails, tapas and good times, you can effortlessly adapt your style and approach for each. You'll work with management and the entire team, delivering 14 great shifts to make sure that every customer leaves happy. Which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.
