We are currently supporting an innovative, rapidly growing, education contract caterer in the resourcing of a new Operations Manager to join their team. This award-winning foodservice business manages both state and independent education contracts across London and the home counties.

Role requirements:
  • Oversee a number of sites in the Bedfordshire/Buckinghamshire region
  • Experience within Contract Catering
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong client relationships
  • A genuine interest in food and service delivery
  • Strong financial acumen relating to commercial, fixed priced and cost plus contracts
  • Experience of retaining contracts as well as support/lead mobilisations
