We are currently supporting a rapidly emerging education contract caterer in the resourcing of a new chef manager to take the lead at one of their flagship sites. This award-winning, innovative foodservice business manages an extensive portfolio of both state and independent school contracts nationally. This is an ideal role for a current head chef looking to move into a chef manager regional role.

Chef Manager Role:

  • Management of daily catering for up to around 1200 with a team of 13
  • Preparation of both student catering and hospitality
  • Oversight of menu planning, H&S, stock, HR matters, rotas and training
  • Management of stock/budget/daily paperwork
  • Experience at senior head chef or chef manager level
  • Monday to Friday daytime/Term Time only
