Job Purpose:
The Senior Digital Executive will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the effective management of the Affiliate and Paid Social channels.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Senior Digital Executive will manage the day-to-day running of the A ffiliate programme, building strong relationships with partners and optimising performance based on data insights.
They will also take ownership of P aid S ocial activity across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok—developing and executing campaigns that support sales and brand visibility .
The successful candidate will bring a results-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to deliver efficient, scalable and profitable digital marketing activity.
Principal Accountabilities:
Affiliate Management
- Manage and grow affiliate partnerships across multiple key products using the Partnerize platform
- Support Head of Partnerships in the onboarding of new partners, providing tracking links and creative assets
- Recruit new affiliates aligned with Ripe Insurance’s brand and products, ensuring consistent growth of the partner network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliate partners to maximise opportunities
- Optimise existing affiliate relationships by analysing performance data and identifying opportunities to increase traffic and conversions
- Monitor and report on channel performance using Partnerize analytics, producing weekly/monthly insights on KPIs such as clicks, sales, conversion rates, and ROI
- Maintain and update creative assets (e.g., banners, links, and product feeds) within Partnerize in line with product campaigns and seasonal trends
- Work closely with Partnerize account managers to utilise tools, reports, and support to improve programme performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. product, compliance, design) to ensure all affiliate promotions meet brand, marketing, and compliance standards
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to inform affiliate strategy and ensure Ripe remains competitive in the affiliate channel
- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging affiliate technologies or partner types to test and innovate within the programme
Paid Social Management
- Build, and manage paid social media campaigns across key platforms i.e. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest etc
- Optimise campaigns to drive performance across target KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
- Leverage customer insights to refine targeting and improve campaign relevance
- Ensure that creative adheres to best practice guidelines and is regularly updated to maximise ad spend and performance
- Ensure ad content is platform-appropriate, engaging, and compliant with regulatory standards
- Monitor daily budgets and make recommendations to adjust pacing, and ensure campaigns are delivering within spend limits
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
- Plan testing strategy including testing of creatives, copy, and audience strategies
- Stay ahead of trends in paid social to identify new opportunities for campaign innovation
- Share performance insights with the Senior Acquisition Manager and contribute to the broader digital marketing roadmap
- Assist in forecasting and media planning exercises

Ensure that marketing content, communications and campaigns accurately represent the features and benefits of insurance products, providing customers with clear, accurate and transparent information about our products and services and are not misleading.
Price and Value
Collaborate with the underwriting and product team to ensure that all marketing materials provide transparent and accurate information about pricing, ensuring customers understand the value they receive.
Consumer Understanding
Develop marketing content that simplifies insurance terminology and complex concepts, aiding customers’ understanding of their coverage and policy terms in order to manage their insurance needs effectively.
Consumer Support
Work with customer service teams to create seamless experiences, ensuring customers can easily find and access support, answers to queries and resolution of concerns.
Ensuring Fair Customer Treatment
Implementing measures to monitor and ensure fair treatment of customers throughout their journey, from initial engagement to claims handling and post-purchase interactions.
Experience Requirements
- Experience managing affiliate programs, ideally in-house or via a network
- Experience managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Ability to analyse performance data to make informed recommendations and optimisations
- Experience with audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget management
- Strong creative execution to deliver engaging content to target audiences
- Comfortable working with web analytics tools (e.g. GA4) to assess campaign performance
- Strong Excel skills for data manipulation, reporting, and budget tracking
- Understanding of FCA guidelines and advertising compliance specific to the financial services sector
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, compliance, and product teams
- Experience using affiliate platforms/networks (e.g., Awin, Partnerize)
- Experience in using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager to create, manage, and report on campaigns
- A strong grasp of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong commercial B2C experience, with multiple years in ecommerce
- Knowledge of ASA, IDM, ICO, guidelines
