About the role
Finding better ways to provide the materials the world needs. We are looking for an HR Advisor who will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive human resource support to leaders and employees within our organization. This role is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for connecting with people, is a true collaborator, a trusted advisor, and HR innovator.
Reporting to the HR Team Lead, Functions, you will primarily support the Functions portfolio in the London and EMEA region:
- Partnering with HRBPs to identify and prioritize people priorities to support the business strategy and HR operational delivery.
- Support case management, investigations, grievances, and complaints while being aligned to the employee relations strategy.
- Participate in or lead multiple cross-functional initiatives, providing HR subject matter expert input and project leadership.
- Provide knowledge and experience in key areas such as employee relations, building leader capability, HR systems and processes, organizational change, and HR projects.
- Maintain complex stakeholder relationships and demonstrate leadership by engaging effectively at all levels of the business.
- Offer guidance and support in extensive case management files in collaboration with BCO.
