As the Publishing Product Management Lead, EMEA, you will play a critical role in shaping strategy across EMEA during a formative stage of a new product's lifecycle. Reporting to the GM of EMEA and working closely with global leads and the development team, you will drive subregional strategies aligned with the broader regional and global objectives. Your deep understanding of market trends and cultural nuances will be critical as you work to deliver exceptional value to players while ensuring optimal operational efficiency and performance.

You will play a key role in advocating for your subregion's needs in global decision-making processes and ensuring that subregional product ecosystems and community involvement thrive. In this role, you'll also oversee budgeting and resource allocation to support the successful execution of regional goals. Above all, you will demonstrate a relentless, entrepreneurial drive to always be delivering for players.

This role may be performed from London, Paris, or Berlin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute EMEA regional strategies for an upcoming title currently in R&D, ensuring alignment with global priorities, focusing on product ecosystems, community engagement, cultural and market trends.
  • Act as the regional expert on specific target audiences, sharing insights to product and brand teams in order to influence global publishing plans and the product itself.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams across product, publishing, brand, platform, and comms, operating with a startup mindset and bias toward action.
  • Oversee subregional budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and tracking performance to optimize results.
  • Recommend and align country-based outcomes linked to regional key results, set performance indicators, and track publishing efforts' performance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a core voice for EMEA players throughout Riot and ensuring regional needs are prioritized in global decision-making.
  • Identify risks in regional projects and provide cultural and market expertise while also ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  • Scale impact through partners, including a broad ecosystem of agencies, vendors, first parties, and external partners, ensuring strong creative quality and operational execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or comparable professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in game publishing, sports, entertainment, or non-traditional media brands, with a track record of shaping regional strategies and delivering outcomes.
  • Proven experience leading regional publishing or marketing strategy across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Strong audience-first mindset, with the ability to turn insight into product and publishing action.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with comfort operating in ambiguity and early-stage product environments.
  • Clear, confident communicator with experience representing regional perspectives to senior global leadership.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with or adjacent to sports or culturally driven audiences, including brand or platform partnerships.
  • Multilingual capabilities relevant to the subregions, enhancing communication with local stakeholders and partners.
  • Demonstrated success delivering multiplatform strategies, including PC and first party console ecosystems.
  • Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment and working with teams across various geographies.
