Rio’s in Shanklin, Isle of Wight, is seeking a part-time grill chef for 2–3 evenings per week. You will cook homemade burgers (beef, chicken and plant-based), prepare salads, and make coleslaw and sauces in a busy burger bar. The role starts at 5pm and finishes around 9pm.
Applicants should have Level 2 health and hygiene. This is a permanent part-time contract with evening shifts, catering to a lively local dining scene.
