RIO Recruitment is recruiting a passionate and reliable Chef on behalf of a popular, well-established pub in the heart of Stamford, Lincolnshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy kitchen serving a varied menu of traditional British pub classics, freshly prepared burgers, Sunday roasts and casual dining dishes.
Our client is looking for someone who takes pride in preparing great-quality food, enjoys working as part of a team and can maintain consistent standards throughout busy services.
With live-in accommodation available and a minimum of 35 hours per week, this opportunity could suit both local chefs and those looking to relocate to the Stamford area.
Requirements
Prepare, cook and present a range of freshly prepared pub dishes to a consistently high standard.
Work across a varied menu including traditional British classics, burgers, Sunday roasts and casual dining dishes.
Assist with the smooth running of daily kitchen operations.
Maintain excellent standards of food preparation, presentation and portion control.
Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards are followed at all times.
Keep kitchen equipment, workstations and food storage areas clean and organised.
Support stock rotation, food preparation and minimising food waste.
Work effectively alongside the wider kitchen team during busy lunch and evening services.
Contribute to a positive, professional and supportive kitchen environment.
£14.00 per hour
35+ hours per week
