Role Description:
As Artist Management Assistant you will provide support to the artist managers in all areas of their work. Liaising daily with artists on the roster and their external teams. You’ll be learning from the management team and liaising internally with the Rinse events, brands, label and graphics departments. This job is an opportunity to learn underneath senior managers to develop skills and knowledge within the industry. You’ll need to be a consistent communicator, who is organised, with attention to detail.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Administration and diary management, setting reminders, taking notes for meetings, scheduling interviews, creating itineraries for events and promotion days.
- Storing of all client assets in company storage including royalty statements, contracts, photos, videos, and release materials etc.
- Tour advancing and logistics, including budgeting production, crew booking, merch manufacturing and management, on the road promo, visas, rehearsals, tax deduction applications.
- Attending and working across artist events, assisting Tour Managers, crew, merch duties and handling guest list requests.
- Attending photo and video shoots for artists and liaising with teams.
- Organising photographers and videographers for live shows and events, managing approval and distribution of assets.
- General travel and accommodation booking.
- Liaising with the in-house graphics department and circulating assets for promotion, liaising with live teams to plan announcements and on-sale dates.
- Tracking ticket sale reports, using information within to inform promotion strategy.
- Social media management for artists, suggesting posts, creating content/briefing content creation, social schedules, chasing artists for assets/copy, whilst monitoring performance & insights across all platforms.
- Liaising with producers and their teams to organise sessions.
- Handling communication with mix engineers for in house sessions at Rinse.
- Brand outreach, developing gifting and partnership opportunities.
- A&R contributions to the management roster.
