We are seeking an experienced Interim Practice Manager to provide operational leadership across urgent care and primary care services in the South East. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in NHS operations, CQC compliance, and multi-site service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of urgent care and primary care sites, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery.
- Manage and support administrative and clinical teams.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and NHS contractual obligations, including QOF and KPIs.
- Handle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, payroll oversight, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including ICBs, PCNs, and other healthcare partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager in NHS or urgent care settings.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, NHS contracts, and primary care operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Available immediately for interim assignments with potential travel across the South East.
