An established UK healthcare services organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Business Analyst to support business continuity, integration and process improvement initiatives during a period of change. This is a hands-on role working closely with operational, clinical, commercial and technology teams to stabilise processes, improve efficiency and support integration across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and document current state processes across priority functions
- Identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities
- Define future state processes and business requirements
- Support implementation of agreed process and system changes
- Produce clear, practical documentation to support sustainable handover
About you
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex or regulated environments
