We are supporting Medica, one of the UK’s leading providers of teleradiology and diagnostic reporting services, as they expand their commercial team nationally. Medica delivers specialist diagnostic services and technology enabled solutions across the NHS and independent healthcare sector, helping providers improve diagnostic capacity, productivity and patient access.
As part of continued growth, the organisation is looking to appoint two Business Development Managers who can build strategic relationships with NHS trusts, integrated care systems and independent healthcare providers. These roles will focus on developing new commercial partnerships and supporting healthcare organisations to improve access to diagnostic services through flexible and scalable service models.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities across NHS and independent healthcare organisations. Working closely with senior commercial and operational colleagues, the role will involve building long term partnerships with healthcare providers and helping them address diagnostic capacity challenges.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing relationships with NHS trusts, integrated care systems and healthcare providers
- Identifying opportunities to support organisations with diagnostic capacity and reporting services
- Leading commercial discussions and supporting contract development
- Working collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to deliver sustainable partnerships
- Contributing to the continued growth of Medica’s national commercial platform
Candidate profile
We are interested in candidates with strong relationship building and commercial capability within healthcare.
