We are supporting Medica, one of the UK’s leading providers of teleradiology and diagnostic reporting services, as they strengthen their commercial team across the UK. Medica works in partnership with NHS and independent healthcare providers to deliver specialist diagnostic services that help improve capacity, patient access and operational efficiency.
As part of the continued development of the commercial function, the organisation is looking to appoint two Account Managers who can build strong relationships with existing customers and support the growth of established partnerships. These roles will focus on working closely with healthcare organisations to ensure services are delivered effectively while identifying opportunities to expand utilisation and strengthen long term partnerships.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing healthcare customers across the NHS and independent sector. Working closely with operational, clinical and commercial colleagues, the role will help ensure customers receive a high quality and responsive service while supporting the continued development of existing accounts.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with NHS trusts, integrated care systems and healthcare providers
- Managing and developing existing customer partnerships
- Identifying opportunities to expand service utilisation and support diagnostic capacity
- Acting as a key point of contact between healthcare partners and internal teams
- Supporting the delivery of high quality, responsive diagnostic services
Candidate profile
