A Cornwall NHS Trust is seeking to appoint a Divisional Operations Director to provide executive operational leadership across one of its major clinical divisions. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for delivering operational performance, financial sustainability, workforce effectiveness, and service transformation across complex acute hospital services.
