• Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

• Utilise phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via other channels.

• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).

• Proven ability to sell products and engage customers effectively.

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Organisational skills to maintain stock levels and product displays efficiently.
