Ringwood School is seeking an Attendance Officer to monitor and report on whole-school attendance data and work closely with pupils, staff, parents and carers to reduce absence levels. You will manage absence procedures, follow up on unexplained absences, and coordinate with external agencies as required.
The role includes tracking attendance of vulnerable groups, producing regular reports for attendance organisations, and carrying out home visits when necessary to address attendance concerns,
