Project Manager / Contracts Manager - Construction

We are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to lead and deliver key highway maintenance schemes in Worcestershire. Oversee the successful delivery of highway maintenance projects, from inception, through design development, mobilisation, implementation and completion. Lead and develop a team to achieve performance targets, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities. Proven experience in contracts or project management, ideally within highways, infrastructure, or civil engineering. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at differing stages of delivery, with an ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and team development. Commercial awareness, including budget and P&L management.
