Job Overview
Ringway is a leading provider of highway maintenance and infrastructure services, helping to keep the UK's road network safe and operational.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler to join our Gloucestershire team at Stroudwater Depot.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling daily work activities and allocating resources effectively.
- Managing reactive and emergency works, adjusting schedules as priorities change.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Producing reports and analysing scheduling data using Microsoft Excel.
- Liaising with supervisors, contract managers and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of works.
- Supporting compliance with company processes and health & safety standards.
- Providing cover for colleagues and assisting with the onboarding of new team members.
Person Specification
- Previous scheduling, planning or coordination experience.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience working in highways, utilities, logistics, construction or a similar operational environment.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- The ability to manage reactive work and changing priorities effectively.
