Job Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Support Coordinator to support the Business Unit and Senior Management Team (SMT).
The role will coordinate governance, reporting, communications, sustainability initiatives and cross-contract collaboration across Ringway. You will work with senior leaders, internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure key business priorities and activities are effectively coordinated and delivered.

Hours: Full Time - 40 - Monday to Friday
Duties
- Provide proactive support to the SMT, including meetings, actions, reporting and communications.
- Coordinate governance processes, audits, reporting cycles and document control.
- Support strategic programmes, including Project 12, through coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare presentations, reports and management information for senior management.
- Coordinate Sustainability Working Group meetings, initiatives and reporting.
- Support workforce development, apprenticeships and recruitment activities.
- Track actions, performance measures and business priorities.
- Support continuous improvement and sharing of best practice across contracts and functions.
- Coordinate meetings and provide accurate HR minute taking as required.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
- Promote health, safety, wellbeing and sustainability across the business.
Person Specification
- Experience supporting senior leadership or management teams.
- Experience coordinating projects, programmes or business initiatives.
- Strong organisational, administration and reporting skills.
- Experience coordinating meetings, tracking actions and producing management information.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- An understanding of governance, continuous improvement, sustainability or business performance.
- A relevant business administration, project coordination or management support qualification is desirable, although equivalent experience will be considered.
