You’ll play a key part in supporting the commercial and operational teams, ensuring accurate record-keeping and contributing to the financial management of contracts.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing general administrative support across the depot
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting client reporting
- Assisting in the preparation of applications for payment and invoices
- Supporting measurement and valuation processes
- Working closely with the commercial team (QSs and Assistant QSs)
- Preparing subcontractor payment notices and tracking works
- Supporting operational managers with financial and commercial tasks
Person Specification:
- Strong administrative background
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Keen to develop a career in a commercial/quantity surveying environment
- Collaborative and proactive approach
