Responsible for the coordination and monitoring of routine and reactive work delivery - working in close liaison with the operational teams.
Duties
- Liaise closely with Supervisors and other operational staff within Ringway to ensure work is planned and completed to meet contract KPIs.
- Keep accurate records of sites requiring regular checks and follow up repairs.
- Receive and pass out emergency works and ensure tight 2hr KPIs are met.
- Other activities as directed by the Programme Manager.
- Permitting for defect works.
- Establish good working relationships with colleagues both within Ringway and also with the Client (GCC) teams.
- Be able to manage fluctuating workloads in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Actively foster a positive staff morale and working environment.
