Ringway is looking for a proactive and organised Commercial Assistant to join our South West team based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator who is looking to build a long-term career within a commercial or quantity surveying environment.
Duties
- You’ll play a key part in supporting the commercial and operational teams, ensuring accurate record-keeping and contributing to the financial management of contracts.
- Providing general administrative support across the depot.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting client reporting.
- Assisting in the preparation of applications for payment and invoices.
- Supporting measurement and valuation processes.
- Working closely with the commercial team (QSs and Assistant QSs).
- Preparing subcontractor payment notices and tracking works.
- Supporting operational managers with financial and commercial tasks.
