Ringway is recruiting a Senior Supervisor to lead highway maintenance on the Kent Highways contract. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will direct reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across the region.
You will manage Supervisors and Operatives, drive performance, support development, and ensure works meet contractual and client expectations while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
