The predicted salary is between 10 - 13 £ per hour.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and charismatic customer facing receptionist into our Lincoln office on a part-time basis (Thursdays and Fridays 8.30am to 5pm). Our clients and our staff are at the very heart of what we do and as the first point of contact for our clients, the successful candidate will display an infectious enthusiasm for the business, excellent customer service skills, confidence, communication and organisation.
You will draw on natural communication abilities or experience in a 'front of house' position to welcome and engage our customers, allocate new enquiries, meet the needs of existing clients and also help with some office administration. Candidates should be well presented, self-motivated, able to work independently within specific parameters and as part of a wider team. They must exercise discretion, privacy and data protection and, most of all, focus on delivering a welcoming and friendly customer experience.
Activities:
- Welcoming all visitors to the reception area especially new clients
- Passing relevant information to colleagues at the earliest opportunity in order to maintain efficient running of reception
- Maintain confidentiality and security of the firm's and client documentation and information
- Processing incoming telephone calls including the logging of calls where required and the conveying of messages.
- The provision of telephone support to legal advisors and other staff members as required
- Other clerical and administrative duties as required
