Ringrose Law is looking for two enthusiastic and ambitious school leavers to join our busy and successful Conveyancing teams in Lincoln and Newark.

No previous legal experience is required.

We\'re looking for people with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • As a Junior Conveyancing Administrator, you\'ll play an important role in supporting our conveyancing team and helping clients through one of the biggest milestones in their lives: buying or selling a home.

β€’ Your responsibilities will include

  • Supporting our Conveyancing Fee Earners with a range of administrative tasks
  • Speaking with clients and providing conveyancing quotations
  • Opening and setting up new client files
  • Processing data accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing and sending client engagement documents
  • Applying for property searches on purchase transactions
  • Liaising with estate agents, solicitors and other professionals
  • Responding to emails and telephone enquiries
  • Providing occasional reception support when required
  • Working closely with colleagues as part of a friendly and supportive team
