We are looking to recruit a full-time Apprentice to support the office with administrative duties located in our Lincolnoffice.
The position is full time and hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5 pm with 1-hour unpaid break.
You will be studying a NVQ Level 3 in Business/Office services.
Activities
Will include, but are not limited to the following
- Receive incoming post, scan and allocate to legal advisors.
- Prepare outgoing post for dispatch by franking and taking to the post-office.
- Preparing paper or electronic bundles of documents for files or court hearings
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the office including.
- General tidying and maintenance
- Provide administrative and typing support to all departments as and when required.
- Act as relief telephonist/receptionist to cover lunch times, holidays and sickness as and when required.
- To undertake regular training as identified by the appraisal process.
- To assist with any other duties as required by the business.
Skills and attributes
You must be a good communicator as you’ll be dealing with the other staff members, clients and members of the public.
As you will be working in a professional office environment, you will have an attention to detail and commitment to excellence and continual improvement.
