We are seeking a full-time Apprentice to support our office with administrative duties in Newark. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, including a 1-hour unpaid break. You will study for an NVQ Level 3 in Business/Office Services.

Activities:

  • Receive incoming post, scan, and allocate to legal advisors.
  • Prepare outgoing post for dispatch by franking and taking it to the post office.
  • Prepare paper or electronic bundles of documents for files or court hearings.
  • Assist with daily office operations, including:
  • Kitchen stockkeeping
  • Stationery stockkeeping
  • General tidying and maintenance
  • Provide administrative and typing support to all departments as needed.
  • Act as relief telephonist/receptionist during lunch, holidays, and sickness absences.
  • Undertake regular training as identified through the appraisal process.
  • Assist with other duties as required by the business.
