As part of our London-based team, you’ll be the face of Ringover for our UK customers. Your mission: drive adoption, retention, and growth by ensuring every customer extracts maximum value from our platform. You’ll work closely with our CSM team, UK Head of Sales, Account Executives, and Product team to create a seamless experience — from onboarding to renewal — while spotting opportunities to expand usage and deepen relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK customers
- Guide new clients through onboarding, training, and initial setup
- Proactively monitor account health and ensure renewal and retention targets are met
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and feature requests
- Conduct regular business reviews to measure value and ROI
Required Skills and Attributes
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management or post-sales SaaS role, ideally in the ATS, HR tech, or recruitment tech space
- Experience leading and supporting end-to-end SaaS implementations and rollouts, including planning, configuration, deployment, and user adoption.
- Demonstrates a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering effective outcomes that meet customer needs.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills – comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate customer usage data into actionable insights
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple customers and priorities simultaneously
- Native in English; French is a bonus
- Ability to understand, challenge, and adapt internal processes to fit the specific needs of the UK market
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and eager to take ownership
