As an Outbound Account Executive for Mid-Market clients, you will be responsible for driving new business within the Nordic market (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and autonomous territories: Faroe Islands, Greenland, Åland).
This role is based in our London office and reports directly to our UKI Country Manager .
You’ll be our first dedicated sales hire for the Nordics , with the opportunity to make your mark as Ringover continues its international expansion .
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the UKI Country Manager to develop and execute outbound strategies targeting Nordic client s (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland)
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential customers through multi-channel outreach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to closing deals.
- Lead consultative selling by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Accurately forecast and manage your pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales within a SaaS environment , with measurable success.
- Experience in selling into the Scandinavian markets
- Confident in cold outreach and skilled in adapting messaging across diverse audiences .
- Business fluent English (both spoken and written), and nice to have fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish).
- Organized, autonomous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Navigator , and other prospecting tools is a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit — you enjoy building things from scratch and iterating as you go
