Key Requirements (Essential)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the land-based sector (trainee applicants considered)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload
  • Proactive, team-oriented and customer-focused with a "can do" attitude
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
  • Right to work in the UK (role does not meet visa sponsorship criteria)

The Role

As a Contracts Co-ordinator, you will work within an experienced team supporting agricultural and non-agricultural members. This is a varied, office-based role (with occasional site visits) and is ideal for someone looking to progress into management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate the purchase, sale and distribution of agricultural products and services
  • Arrange machinery hire and haulage between members
  • Respond to member enquiries (phone, email and in person)
  • Record enquiries and process bookings using our Ringdata system
  • Support membership engagement and growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and service delivery
