We are a committed, supportive and fun team (maybe bias), and we are looking for a Trainee Dental Nurse, to join in the fun on a full time basis.

Vacancy - 36.75 hours per week average (to include 2 Saturday mornings a month)
For trainees, you will be enrolled on to an approved dental nursing training course, which will be funded by the practice. Our team will be here to support you all the way to successfully gain the skills to achieve the National Examination Board of Dental Nurse qualification, and upon completion of your course you will receive a bonus!

Ringley Park was established in 1974 and moved to its current purpose-built premises in 1991. During this time, the practice has developed a first class reputation for providing a caring and comfortable environment where patients can feel relaxed whilst receiving high quality treatments, such as dental implants, orthodontics, digital dentistry and cosmetic treatments. We have a team of highly skilled general dentists and specialists Periodontist, Endodontist, Prosthodontist and Hygienists.

Job role
The most important part of the role is to become part of the supportive team which provides exceptional patient care
- Maintaining the highest cross infection standards whilst ensuring CQC requirements are met
- Strong communication skills, politeness and a caring disposition
- Learning to set up a surgery and provide the appropriate equipment
- Decontamination, storage and use of dental instruments
- Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists and hygienists
- Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Have a \'can do\' attitude backed up by common sense and a hard work ethic
- Work as part of a large diverse team with 10 nurses who range from having a few years’ experience to those who have been at the practice for 30+ years
