Role: Director Designate BTR Leasing – Residentially‑led Assets
Performance‑related pay up to 10%
Tax‑efficient PAYE + directors drawings

Credentials & Experience
Growth requires a London‑based BTR Director of Leasing & Operations who is corporately trained, comfortable reporting to fund managers and private equity, a self‑starter that finds opportunities, sets high standards, motivates staff on site and at HQ, leads from the front with marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Know the market and price rents.
- Complete tenders and hold own in tender panels.
- Build, train, motivate, manage and incentivise a team.
- Manage quality control, improve processes.
- Set financial targets, develop strategies to improve numbers.
- Foster stewardship and ESG, especially social aspects.
- Step in for others when on holiday.
- Ensure the team follows processes, resolves problems and seeks 5* reviews.
- Price new stock and train leasing teams to meet high standards.
