Overview

Role: Director Designate BTR Leasing – Residentially‑led Assets

Performance‑related pay up to 10% Tax‑efficient PAYE + directors drawings

Turnover 31st March 2023: £1,045,000 estimated

Credentials & Experience

Growth requires a London‑based BTR Director of Leasing & Operations who is corporately trained, comfortable reporting to fund managers and private equity, a self‑starter that finds opportunities, sets high standards, motivates staff on site and at HQ, leads from the front with marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Know the market and price rents.
  • Complete tenders and hold own in tender panels.
  • Build, train, motivate, manage and incentivise a team.
  • Manage quality control, improve processes.
  • Set financial targets, develop strategies to improve numbers.
  • Foster stewardship and ESG, especially social aspects.
  • Step in for others when on holiday.
  • Ensure the team follows processes, resolves problems and seeks 5* reviews.
  • Price new stock and train leasing teams to meet high standards.
