This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a Senior Regional Partner Manager. As a Senior Regional Partner Manager at RingCentral, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our reseller partner channel. You will support and enable our channel partners in selling RingCentral’s Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. By fostering strategic relationships, delivering sales enablement, and ensuring partners have the resources they need, you will contribute to achieving mutual revenue and growth objectives.

Partner Enablement and Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with reseller partners, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic direction and support.
Educate partners on RingCentral’s UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, value proposition, and competitive differentiation.
Develop joint business plans with partners, aligning on revenue targets, marketing initiatives, and training requirements.
Sales Support and Co-Selling
Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue sales opportunities, providing hands-on support in the sales process.
Drive partner adoption of RingCentral’s sales tools, resources, and marketing assets to maximize engagement and productivity.
Conduct joint customer calls, presentations, and demonstrations to secure new business.
Training and Development
Deliver ongoing training programs to ensure partners have the technical knowledge and sales skills required to succeed.
Host webinars, workshops, and certifications to empower partner sales teams.
Channel Performance and Reporting
Monitor partner performance against KPIs, providing regular insights and feedback to optimize results.
Prepare reports and forecasts to communicate partner channel performance to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with RingCentral’s internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align partner initiatives with corporate objectives.
Advocate for partner needs within RingCentral to enhance the partner experience and streamline processes
Desired Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years in channel sales or partner management, preferably within the UCaaS or CCaaS space.
Proven track record of enabling partners to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Experience managing reseller and VAR (Value-Added Reseller) relationships.
Skills:
Strong understanding of Unified Communications and Contact Center technologies, trends, and market dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms.
Attributes:
