It’s not every day you find a role that sits at the intersection of AI innovation and global scale. At RingCentral, we’re a $2B+ leader in UCaaS and CCaaS, investing over $250M annually to ensure our AI-powered platforms—like the proprietary RingSense AI—don’t just meet market needs but define them.
We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to support our most strategic Global Service Provider (GSP) relationships in the UK: BT and Vodafone. As the bridge between RingCentral’s innovation and our partners' massive market reach, you will be responsible for driving the UK channel marketing strategy. You aren’t just executing tasks; you are building mindshare, orchestrating high-impact campaigns, and ensuring that our partners’ sales teams are obsessed with RingCentral.
This role is a strategic blend of Scalable Program Management (70%) and High-Touch Strategic Partnership (30%).
What You’ll Do- Orchestrate Engagement: Own the "To-Partner" editorial calendar. You will curate and facilitate engagement tactics—webinars, newsletters, and high-value content—that cut through the noise for both channel partners and GSP sales teams.
- Scale the Strategy: Create "Marketing-in-a-Box" solutions. You’ll develop scalable marketing packs that allow multiple partners to easily access, customize, and deploy RingCentral messaging.
- Drive Demand Generation: Work directly with partners to adapt RingCentral campaigns into partner-led initiatives that move the needle on pipeline and ARR.
- Strategic MDF Management: Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) with a commercial mindset, allocating budget toward high-ROI activities and justifying the return on investment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a central hub between Product, Propositions, Sales, and Global Marketing to ensure UK GSP requirements are represented and executed.
- Visual Storytelling: Create compelling slides (via PPT or Google Slides) for internal leaders and external partnership teams, to share your strategy, learnings, and plans.
- The Experience: 7+ years in Marketing, specifically within SaaS, Telecoms, or Cloud technology. You understand the nuances of UCaaS and CCaaS.
- The Channel Expert: You have a proven track record in "To-Partner" marketing, knowing exactly how to capture the attention of a large, distracted sales audience.
- The Strategic Executor: You are a self-starter who can proactively navigate a large organization to find the assets you need and "connect the dots" into a cohesive partner strategy.
- The Relationship Builder: You have the gravitas to influence stakeholders at major carriers (like BT and Vodafone) and the collaborative spirit to work across virtual, global teams.
- The Analytical Mind: You are results-oriented and comfortable drawing a direct line between marketing activity and partner-generated opportunities.
At RingCentral, you’ll have the autonomy of a startup with the resources of a $2B company. You’ll be working with cutting-edge AI technology and some of the largest telecommunications brands in the world.
