We’re currently looking for an energetic and motivated Channel Account Manager to join our Service Provider account team who thrives in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day pre and post of RingCentral’s Unified and Contact Centre Sales through the carrier partnership and you will be located in Germany to help drive and generate new sales.
Additionally, you will develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal / external systems, sales methodologies and processes. You will also be an innovator that will help our global company discover new ways to improve our service and drive new business initiatives to increase partner success and productivity.
Job Responsibilities- Learn the RingCentral service capability for the Service Provider to a high technical and sales degree.
- Support partners on UCaaS & Contact Centre Sales Deals.
- Develop and expand seller relationships within the Service Provider for their enablement capability to effectively sell RingCentral services.
- Create strategy for driving sellers within the Service Provider to creating qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Train Service Providers on product, process and solution in accordance with Service provider and RingCentral best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create programs and initiatives to drive better awareness of all RingCentral solutions within your territory.
- Provide day-to-day support for Service Provider to help them sell, implement and support RingCentral’s services.
- Assist Service Providers with quotes, proposals, and Statements of Work for RingCentral services.
- Learn key competitor strategies and solutions, along with market knowledge and industry data to show thought leadership to the Service Provider.
- Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with customer implementation and support.
- Understand Service providers business, processes, and governance, ensuring compliance with all required supplier policies.
- Coordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement programs with Service Provider.
- Work as one; help enable and assist other Service Provider sales overlay team members.
- Drive requirements and help develop sales tools and materials for carrier Partners.
- Serve as internal Service Provider advocate to optimise external RingCentral team support.
- Participation in industry events such as trade shows and seminars where required.
- Exceed revenue objectives.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Strong motivation to grow a career in sales, with a team-centric and coachable attitude.
- Interest in technology and a willingness to learn cloud-based Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and communicate value clearly.
- Familiarity with cloud technology or telecom concepts is helpful but not required.
