Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a high-performing investment firm to recruit a strategic and commercially focused HR Business Partner. This is a key opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
The role covers the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on strategic initiatives including:
- Workforce planning
- Performance management
- Leadership development
- Organisational change
You will also play a central role in M&A integration and the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes. In addition, you will lead on employee relations matters, providing expert guidance on complex cases and supporting a fair, consistent approach to people management. You will oversee monthly payroll processes in collaboration with Finance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The role also includes managing reward and benefits programmes, including vendor relationships, employee communications, and data integrity.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong generalist background within financial or professional services, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence at all levels. A data-driven, solutions-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are essential.
